Leasing Specialist

Ikos, a Pittsburgh-based startup is seeking a Community Interactions Specialist to join our efforts in scaling our business and operations efforts to new markets. We’re VC backed and have successful operations currently up and running in nine cities.

As a Community Interactions Specialist at Ikos, you'll be responsible for maintaining our flex-leasing process by connecting landlords with renters and building relationships within the local market. On a daily basis, you will work with a team to facilitate showings and provide unique information and insights about specific properties. You will use this information to help renters find the best property that works for them while informing landlords about local market data and strategizing with them to get their units filled.

Some real estate/ leasing experience preferred.

About Ikos:

Ikos is delivering a scalable leasing service for residential landlords that improves their occupancy rates and provides real-time market data for rental, rehab and investment decisions.

The residential renting process is currently a mess for both renters and landlords. We're here to change that by simplifying how landlords (specifically small/medium landlords) manage their investment properties, while better serving the renters who call those investments, home.

About You & Your Impact:

You’re looking to become an integral part of a young but fast-moving startup team. As an early member of our core operations team, you'll help define Ikos’ culture and practice extreme ownership over critical operations processes and key client relationships.

You get things done. You have ambition – quality, hard-work, and execution are some of our core values. You enjoy variety and love to tackle big projects. You’re a do-it-all type of person with a startup mentality. You love the fact that your work and input means something to the company and most importantly the landlords we’re serving.

Some of the areas core to our Operations Team’s efforts include establishing and building relationships with landlords but learning about their current inventory and working with our Sales Team to grow the company’s reach within your specific market and in other cities.
